I bought my vodaphone smartphone from here and,even though its unbelievably simple to operate ,being an oap,I still sometimes have questions.The staff here are amazingly patient and knowledgeable. I went in today because I'd bought a fitbit cheaply and couldn't link it to my phone,one of the young men sorted it for me and showed me how to use it and wouldn't accept anything for doing it.Wouldn't go past this shop and my next visit will be to get my husband the same phone as mine,he has an iPhone but prefers mine.

Went to the Vodafone shop in Morpeth today as my husband was looking to upgrade his phone. Sofina was brilliant. Didn't try to sell him something he didn't want or need, just listened to what he was after and suggested accordingly. Explained all he needed to know. Great customer service.

Amazing young man Chris sorted a very complicated billing problem out for me with professionalism but more.. He's a total credit to vodaphone!! Absolute first class young man.. Promote him vodaphone!!!!!

Very slow and poor service from one worker. Customer has hearing difficulties (explained) and the worker refused to speak up or move her hand from in front of her mouth when talking. It took an age to get a new deal (not well explained at all) and then another age to get the 'system' to work for an ID check. We walked out and will go elsewhere. Not recommended.

Nik was amazing. Patiently extricated me from a complicated mix up with SIM cards that the control centre were driving me mad with. Young female assistant also very helpful

Customer service does not exist. Be prepared for a long wait and zero acknowledgement of your presence. The manager's whole attitude is stand-offing. You're better off phoning Vodafone as they are far more efficient and helpful.

Cannot rate the staff in here highly enough - competent and not pushy - also sorted out a technical problem with my vodafone bill with alot of patience. I've used this shop for quite a few years and they have always been very helpful.

Went to morpeth Vodafone shop 3 weeks ago. The staff are always so helpful even on my most trivial things they don't make you feel stupid I'm not a young person so find it hard negotiating around my new phone. They have tremendous patience I think the guy was called Tony not sure thank you again
