Absolutely awful staff told my partner she would have a phone call within a week its been 3 weeks and nothing myself and my partner been phoning every day and they are doing nothing to help her even though she is pregnant and has 3 kids and she been giving her notice

Lots of people waiting, 3 desks but only 2 deal with people, depending on your needs you can be waiting all day to be fully dealt with for the day and you may need to come back the following day but it's likely you'll have an appointment if so, bring food and drink or someone that bring it to you or risk losing your place in the queue.There is a café next door you may want to use if you don't bring food and drink with you.

They tricked me to rent a property to them. Now we have problems, illegal activities, pets, noise and ... We told them to give the property back to us and now they are not even answering and all the people who dealt with us at the first place no longer working there or maybe avoiding us. We tried to help them and now we are stuck with all the problems and no support. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

These people put a family of 11 plus children and 3 plus adults in a 3 bedproperty next door to me . This was March the noise is absolutely unbearable. All they keep saying k.l get them to phone back . But nothing so 8 mths on still nothing done . A total utter waste of space housing options

My uncle is homeless and called for assistance. He works hard and can afford rent but has been told he needs a guarantor. Called these for assistance they didn’t even take my details or ask if I was homeless I mentioned guarantor as to the reason I am homeless and she said no we don’t do that sorry and hung up the phone. Literally no help at all for truly homeless and working people. This place needs to be closed down it is rotten to the core and useless
