City Centre Bed & Breakfast

The owner is very accommodating. Some snacks are provided the whole day. They have toaster, microwave, fridge and kettle for the guests. Very near to the restaurants and cafe. Just across ulster university. They provide towels as well and the rooms are cute.

Colin was a lovely host, very friendly and welcoming. The B&B is set in a family home and is very comfortable and cost. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms very functional. The whole space is extremely clean and well presented. Breakfast included homemade bread. Our stay was very good value for money while also offering a glimpse in to local family life as family photos are displayed proudly, along with wonderful travel images. Restaurants were a quick 5-10 minute walk to town. Very quiet local at night. We recommend staying here if visiting the beautiful city of Derry.

2 minutes walk to ulster University about 20 minutes walk to the city center. Very polite and friendly host. Only challenge experienced was No access to kitchen. House is very clean and felt like home.

A lovely friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Clean and comfortable room and a delicious breakfast. Ideally located so we didn't need to hire a car, although there is plenty of space to park. Thank you for your very kind hospitality, we really enjoyed our stay.

It's cozy, warm and the owners are very accommodating. Had a really good night rest too. There are sufficient amenities.It's very clean and well kept, everything about the house is cool

It's a blessed home .I highly recommend for those who come to ulster university for Osce as it is very close to the exam center .Owner and wife are very helpful and supportive ,of course you will get a homely accomodation in city of derry.

The best welcome of our holidays in Ireland! One of the members of the family, Bláthnaid, was our host when we arrived to the house. She showed us around and then, she played Irish Music for us with violin and a harp. The rooms and the bathrooms are very clean and you feel comfortable all the time. During the breakfast time we had the chance to talk a little with the father of the family, Connor who turned out to be a very nice and humorous man. We fell in love with Derry and with this adorable family.

The owners were extremely nice, everything was clean. I really liked that aspect.However, the room was a very plain dorm room. Two pictures right next to each other whn you open the door, two other pictures right next to each other in the opposite corner. No other decoration anywhere in the room. Which is what gave it a dorm room feel.Two twin beds in a small very plain room. No restroom attached (another dorm room feel), had to share with other guests. No usual coffee/tea tray in room. Just an awful small lamp.I liked the owners & the house. I felt safe & had a somewhat hot shower in the morning. The room though, is not what I would expect from a B&B.
