Home - Targeting Archery | Targeting Archery is run by a fully qualified and experienced Archery GB coach. We offer archery coaching to people of all abilities from beginners to advanced archers. We specialise in invalid archery coaching. For educational sessions we run junior and adult come and shoot archery sessions. We can also arrange parties suitable for kids, adults plus corporate sessions and team building session. If you are interested in archery, you have come to the right place.

A great club to learn a really enjoyable sport. The classes are in different age groups so it's good to socialise in the adult class with no bloody kids x

Very friendly and welcoming club. The beginners course was very comprehensive. Karen and Ken are knowledgeable and patient coaches. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to learn archery.

A very friendly club, which caters for all ages and abilities.I have recently passed my beginner's course under the expert guidance of Karen Dales.Karen has coached for many organisations, and her expertise is regularly sought on technique issues from experienced archers.Use of the archery equipment is provided free of charge.The club fees are very reasonable and affordable.

I didn't know what to expect when I visited Targeting Archery, I thought I would just give it a go, that was 3 month's ago, I'm now a certified novice archer, it's been fantastic & fun, thanks.

I have just completed my Archery Beginners Course at Targeting Archery. Karen and Ken the main coaches are knowledgeable, professional and fun. It has taken a while to get on a course because of Covid but it was worth the wait,I have now joined the club.

Targeting Archery
Had a day out volunteering with open country with all the clients having a go at archery.We had loads of fun making our Robin hood hats prior to archery.Karen and all her helpers were very informative and patient with us while we got to grips with learning the basics on how to hit the target, which I'm pleased to say we did!We will be back in the near future to targeting archery at St. Phillips Church in Scholars.Thanks for a great day.

We were a mixed age group of complete novice archers turning up almost on a whim. We were well looked after and enjoyed the experience immensely. Would recommend to all. Nice friendly wee club.

Targeting Archery
My primary goal in seeking coaching from Karen was to improve my technique to help reduce the risk of reinjuring my shoulder, and if that helped my scores too that would be great. I'm now shooting more consistently and my scores are rising, but most importantly I'm shooting with a pain free shoulder. Thanks to Karen for all her input and advice.
