Consultant Claire runs friendly, supportive groups and is there for you every step of the way. We all have our ups and downs but we have a very flexible plan and wise support from Claire and target members to rely on. Whatever the stumbling block, they will help you. Also, there is so much on line to keep us inspired, as well.

It started badly from my first visit, loosing weight isn’t easy and joining a group of strangers doesn’t make that any easier.Clare the leader was abrupt from the moment I arrived, during the initial introduction she kept snapping at me and the other new member for asking too many questions (3 between us).When that was finished we went into group/weigh - my questions remained unanswered.On exit I picked up a recipe book to look at “put that down, it isn’t yours” snapped the helper. I explained as it was a large display of books I thought they were for sale, “they are but that one is sold” she scowled and snapped.I left feeling pretty miserable, not the positive start I’d hope for! Plus my name was misspelled terribly on my membership card, careless.I couldn’t make the second week due to work commitments, Clare agreed to mark me down as one of my weeks off as if I went to another class apparently I couldn’t attend hers the next week.Today, I think - come on... it can’t be that bad try again! So I go back, wait in a long queue for over 20mins to be told I have to prove why I wasn’t there last week or I’d be charged. I was busy trying to find the text Clare sent me but with a long queue still behind me (and a busy phone of work messages) I couldn’t easily locate it.“We’ll have to charge you”Don’t bother I said, I won’t be coming back!This group is a disgrace to SW, lots of weight loss options out there - try a more supportive group... this one is all about the money!Laetitia
