Would highly recommend Ellie, she gives a great massage and is very nice and friendly. Have had a couple of sessions to work on shoulder pain and she has helped me out greatly with this.

These guys were great - they managed to sort me out with a same-day appointment for back pain, asked all the right questions before I turned up so I would be seen by the most appropriate practitioner, and then the session itself was first class. Would happily recommend to anyone for anything. (They are also super-vigilant regarding Covid-19 which is reassuring).

The lady on Reception was very friendly and helpful. The therapist was also very friendly and diagnosed my back problem resonably quickly and gave me couple of exercises that should help. Will be going back next week for another treatment.

I’ve seen a couple of different people here for various bits and they are so professional and offer such a fantastic and knowledgable service. Lisa has recently helped me and I can’t recommend her personally enough. Her knowledge has allowed her to provide me with such relieve I otherwise wouldn’t have had and clear vision on how things can move forward.

Excellent highly professional treatment clinic. My Sports And Manipulative Therapist Lisa has worked wonders over the past two years following a chronic hip and groin injury that had left me unable to run for nearly three years. Lisa got me back to running and gave me the confidence to complete numerous races including an Full Ironman and and Ultra Triathlon highly recommend.

Went yesterday and was really good experience. Ellie was helpful and provided me with support for niggling injuries. Suggested future treatments to support with recovery but wasn't pushy with future appointments. Would highly recommend and will be back.
