Excellent services! I just successfully completed my FREC 3 Course with Phil as my teacher, I have no complaints - The knowledge that the tutor had was Excellent, was able to answer any questions I threw at him without any hesitation. His ability to assess each member on the course and cater to them individually whilst remaining inclusive was Fantastic!The owner of the company, Darren - Was also amazing! Very friendly and brought with him his wealth of experience, which was fascinating!Very good experience with this company, would certainly recommend!!!

Really good, common sense training. Darren was very knowledgeable and used real life experiences to compliment the theory and practical skills (as well as humour!). Would recommend this company to individuals as well as larger groups. The ability to train online and then in the classroom was also really good.

Sent them a message regarding one of their courses, no reply. Sent them another message regarding their course, still no reply. Called into reception, rang the bell in reception several times and nobody bothered to come downstairs. Have now done the course with another provider. Not sure whether they should be teaching response courses when they can't be bothered to respond!
