I don't understand your pricing, why is it cheaper to get stock from a supermarket than your wholesaler, does not make any sense, eggs are more expensive, meat, burgers, bread, potatoes, salad, what is going on, sort it out

Customer service is absolutely terrible. Couldn’t even get a day card are you that busy you don’t need my money went to Costco great service and rammed.

Its a great place but recently there's been lots of missing stock and last I went they shut 30 minutes after we arrived (2:20pm - 3pm) would appreciate if the closing times were a little bit later but other wise its pretty great

Absolutely shocking company, unfortunately used them for the past 7 years and constant problems with no customer care! If your looking for a supplier stay well clear.

Sat here at 7:45 says it’s open at 7:30am. Asked a member of staff when it opens she says 9am. I suggested you update your website and Google hours she replies there as been a board up all week with opening hours on. I say it’s difficult to read when you are 4 miles away. I spend a fortune here but won’t be in the future a joke of a place !!

Well, it supposed to be Makro as per paperwork, but it turned out it was Booker ha ha. Anyway, lovely and helpful staff and delivery went smoothly.

Have been a customer of Bookers formerly Makro for many years having purchased items from across their range of products from paper goods to fresh, frozen, wine & meat. I have seen many changes in store over the years mostly for the better, they seem to have dropped some of their slower moving lines but others such as wine and meat ranges have become so much better. I have shopped in many different wholesalers but have always found Bookers to be good value, whilst normally having the things I need available from stock as well as a friendly face from its staff.

What a fantastic place.Huge!Lots of item.Nearly everything available here but not organised. They should keep organised so customers do not need to waste their time.Just today was no diet coke (glass bottle 330ml)

Tend to go once a month for office supplies (cleaning materials, tea, coffee etc). Often stock up on treats for colleagues too, usually the cakes. Prices are generally good although Tesco and Asda are cheaper on a lot so be vigilant. Usually quiet to wander round but often a short queue at the checkout. Lots of parking, good access off M62.
