Ben is very polite, responsive, transparent in the pricing and parts and great service. He always keeps you informed at every step and any updates are communicated very quickly.Highly recommend. My bike was like new after service. Thank you Ben, will definitely come back to you and get my partner's bike to yours soon.

Ben really turned my bike around.Not only was the quality of the work excellent, but his communication was great. Regular updates on status of work, any additional charges ahead of commencing work and was super flexible on pick-up time.I'm taking my other bikes to him next week.

Ben was super responsive and helpful from the moment I contacted him. He was really transparent and informative about costs making sure I was happy to go ahead before taking any action. He was informative too which was helpful in understanding what the bike needed. Ben fixed the bike to a brilliant standard and it rides like new! Thanks Ben - will definitely be recommending to friends.

I found Ben really professional and thorough and he even emailed a written safety checklist following my bike being fixed/serviced. My bike is now as good as new! There was a small issue with the position of the break levers following the repairs, which he happily adjusted a few days later at no extra cost. He is responsive to texts and calls and always very polite.

I contacted Ben after reading the positive reviews. I needed someone local to change my breaks and service/review the bike. Ben did an excellent job and was very professional. I can only highly recommend him.

Ben did a fantastic job servicing and replacing parts on my road bike and Brompton. He’s really friendly and I would 100% recommend. I’ll definitely use him again- much better than the service I had done previously in a well known shop. He takes the time to explain what needs doing and why, and gave really useful suggestions. Really good value too! Thanks Ben

I visited Ben for a full service on my road bike and was really impressed.Ben identified a few parts that needed changing (and they did!), talked me through what he suggests to replace and why.Great communication throughout, really professional and high quality service.Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a bike service!

Brilliant service! Ben serviced my ladies Raleigh bike with attention to detail. He kept me in the loop at all stages, including about new parts and prices. He was v efficient, offered a spare bike to ride if needed during the bike repair day and was flexible with pick-up and drop-off times around my work. It genuinely feels like riding a new bike! Would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Ben's bike service! I recently did my first bike build and needed a safety check from a pro. Ben did a very thorough check and took the time to give me lots of useful advice and tips about my bike building efforts, as well as tweaking and correcting things. Great communication too and speedy service (all done within a couple of hours). Will definitely be back and tell friends to visit Ben for their bike servicing needs!
