Called about a blocked drain and they were there well within an hour. A 5 minute flush job turned into a camera down the pipe job to see what exactly was going on. A strange pipe layout discovered and cleaned out. They even fixed a pipe I'd snapped. Friendly lads and cleaned up after themselves aswell. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, after a quick phone call and texting Ian my address he kept in touch by texting his arrival time. Came to unblock a drain that I'd tried and failed to do myself. Not only did he sort it out but he also relayed some patio bricks that another company had lifted to get to the drain and didn't replace properly. We didn't ask him he just said I'll do that while I'm here. Really impressed and would highly recommend. Will definitely be the first person I call if we have any future problems.

10/10!!!! Been having a problem watching our back yard drain fill up of water very easily in a house we've only been in for 2 months, also started having a nasty smell in the house, rang Draintec on Sunday (answered even though it was a weekend) and turned up early Monday, went straight to the man hole which was ridiculously blocked and knew exactly what to do. Knew the price already as stated on the phone from the Sunday.Wonderful people!!! Thank you!

Had blocked drain. Rang Ian - he and his son came out same day. Blockage cleared and washed out within 20 minutes. Canny men who did a professional job. I would have no hesitation in recommendingand using them again.
