One of the best things about DL Finchley are the staff and trainers. Ben in Blaze is probably one of the best instructors. Motivating, supportive, great energy and always approachable . Definitely an asset for the club. Well done Ben - lucky to have you and well done!

I visited the restaurant at David Lloyd in Finchley to have a bite to eat in the restaurant and I have to say the staff there were lovely in particular a girl called Sarah. She was so accommodating and friendly, good customer service seems to have been lost lately and it’s been a long time since I received such an amazing service. She always had a smile on her face and couldn’t do more for me. Thank you. I will definitely be returning soon.

This is a stunning club, with top class facilities and fabulous staff. We couldn’t believe the range of equipment, classes and the incredible spa! It’s next level. Thank you to Sonny and the team for looking after my partner and I. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, supported and motivated from day one. Plus with the app you can do things in your own way and at your own pace. We love it.

No care and respect for their members.The membership price is increasing for the second time this year despite being a long-term club member and not freezing my membership during covid.Less than 30 days notice of the 39.5% price increase is given, and if you wish to cancel your membership, you need to provide them with 3 months' notice.No, it is not the luxury club it makes out to be, as you can see from the images.UPDATE after a call from David Lloyd:The staff run David Lloyd membership prices. If a member of the Finchley team is willing to share a friends and family discount with me, then the membership price can be discounted, BUT David Lloyd as a company cant do discounts without their staff.If you do not like this option

I had the most incredible experience at David Lloyd Finchley, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Anthony for making it even more exceptional.The moment I stepped into the facility, I was blown away by the state-of-the-art equipment and the impeccable cleanliness. The atmosphere was so welcoming and energizing, it instantly motivated me to push my fitness goals to new heights.But what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service and support I received from Anthony. His passion for helping others achieve their fitness aspirations was evident from the very start.

Joined very recently but first impressions have been good. Facilities are top of the range from the spa to the gym equipment and tennis courts. Few things I’d improve such as only allowing 1 free towel per user, all premium gyms have unlimited.

Horrendous Experience at David Lloyd's Gym Spa.I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting the gym spa at David Lloyd's, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences of my life. From the management to the spa facilities and even the personal trainers, everything was incredibly disappointing and left a sour taste in my mouth.Firstly, the management at David Lloyd's displayed a complete lack of professionalism and customer service skills. I encountered multiple instances where staff members were rude and unhelpful. It seemed as if they had no interest in ensuring a pleasant experience for their members. This lack of care and attention was evident throughout my time at the gym spa.Moving on to the spa facilities, they were far from the relaxing and clean environment one would expect. The spa area was unkempt, with dirty towels and used equipment left lying around. The lack of cleanliness was concerning, especially in a place where hygiene should be a top priority. What shocked me even more was the fact that I contracted a skin infection after using their spa facilities. This is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of maintenance and cleanliness.Parking at David Lloyd's was an absolute nightmare. The limited parking spaces were always full, and finding a spot was an arduous task. The management should have taken steps to alleviate this issue, such as expanding the parking area or offering alternative solutions. Instead, members were left frustrated and forced to waste precious time searching for parking.Lastly, the personal trainers at David Lloyd's were absolutely crazy. Their approach to training was aggressive and unprofessional. Instead of motivating and supporting me, they seemed more interested in pushing their own agenda and showing off their own prowess. It was a discouraging experience, and I felt like I was just another dollar sign to them.Overall, my experience at David Lloyd's gym spa was appalling. From the management's lack of professionalism to the unsanitary spa facilities and the parking nightmare, it was a complete disaster. I would not recommend this gym spa to anyone, as it not only fails to meet basic standards of cleanliness and customer service but also poses a risk to one's health. Steer clear of David Lloyd's if you're looking for a pleasant gym spa experience.

I love my membership the spa is amazing, it gives me a place to work outside of the house and I love the classes.Nicki Lynch always makes me feel welcome and is so cheerful every time despite having such a busy job. Talia Bloom and Melvyn are epic in Rhythm classes.

Great facilities beautiful spa and swimming pools with great staff Andrew and Sam are great dealing with so much during swimming lessons. Mia is an amazing swim teacher tooGlen the manager always looks after us and the club room is great for our little family with the soft play as a great addition!

Great club!Loved Club Room Lounge with a decent selection of healthy dishes.Really enjoyed my gym session with all new equipment and my visit to Spa.This club is truly an amazing place to unwind after my busy week after work.
