Great company, we purchase 95% of our vinyl from ADAPT and they've always been great. We purchased a HP Latex 560, Tangential Cutter and Laminator through ADAPT and the advice and aftercare has been brilliant. Great knowledge of the software, hardware and materials. Aftercare team for hardware have helped us out after working hours to get an issue resolved for us so we could run the job on time.

Ordered a roll of ppf, told it will be delivered before 12pm next day. Doesn’t arrive at all, requested multiple updates as I desperately needed the film. I was avoided/ignored throughout. Terrible service.

Very disappointed with service, left another supplier to come here and was let down big time with deliveries that never showed on time. they did have a couple of issues with emails in house which is fair enough but this wasn't an issue for my problems even if they do say they were. cost me alot of time and money from incompetence . do not recommend
