Although over the phone staff were friendly, they constantly disregarded myself and my start-up's business. I admit, being a start-up it offers little business and may be less worthwhile their end, but I constantly chased them for invoices and prices and every time they said they would call me back etc. This never happened, it was a constant cycle and eventually I gave up. So unless you provide them with a large amount of business, they won't have or make time for you.

Done a delivery for them this morning. Guys took it in even before starting their day so I could do the 300 mile journey home. Very pleasant staff to deal with, even though I was just a driver.
