Kelvin Francis has been my tenancy management firm for the past four years living in Cardiff. Prompt, responsive and kind mannered, all my requests and problems have been sorted as soon as, and as conveniently as, possible. When I eventually move on from my rental here I will be sorry to lose them.

A brilliant estate agency, always happy to help, friendly and approachable! Matt and Barbara were great in regards to our house purchase even through all the delays. Matt helped us out so much and always provided updates when asked. They also provided a welcome hamper which was a nice touch.

The whole team were exceptional in keeping me calm, updated and informed through the whole process. Poor Service that is not frightened to use or show any form of Discrimination.If disabled my advise is avoid this service altogether.They are only money grabbers and NOT" a helpful or experienced service. They also lack professionalism."
