More Than Flowers

First time buying flowers from here, ill definitely be back. Highly recommended outstanding service and good quality flowers. This bunch was £20 cheaper than most places.

WHATS CHANGED.....Have used this shop many times over many years and have always had great flowers and a good customer service..... However it saddens me to say that recently the customer care over the telephone has massively declined and it feels like your request is too much of an effort. I Feel very disappointed in the changes and negative vibe from staff. Do not think I will continue to use this florest in the future

This is the best florist in Retford. I use them regularly, gorgeous fresh, vibrant flowers. Recently the flowers they did for my Dads funeral were gorgeous. So much so that when we were collecting them another lady in the shop saw them and ordered the same. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication.

Ordered flowers for my sister which were received as promised this afternoon... the lady on the phone was wonderfully helpful and easy to discuss things with and I must say after receiving an immediate call from my sister on receiving the bouquet and a picture...the flowers are absolutely stunning... Absolutely beautiful funeral spray for my Father's Funeral. Extremely helpful staff who went out of their way to make us feel listened to and understood at a very trying time. Will be recommending them to everyone.

I am deeply disappointed and saddened by the recent decline in valued customer care. This is the second time I have called this shop only to be hit with obstacles. My mum always uses this company as well as many family members (always had good service in the past) what's changed?They say they don't deliver to a destination 12 miles away so the information on their website is very misleading. They state that they deliver nationally and internationally. They seem to have a lack of customer care and can-do attitude. The lady who answers the telephone is very abrupt. It takes a long time to build a successful business and I know from personal experience that it isn't easy. We will not be using this flower shop again. I have ticked 1 star as you cant leave a review if you don't.

I share the same poor experience of customer service as a few other comments here. I have used this flower shop for years and I find them exceptionally good quality, however my recent couple of visits to the store has been met by a rude unaccommodating staff member very unreasonable with a cannot" do attitude. It never use to be like this and I don't think this lady is the owner as I have not seen her over the years. I believe the place is owend by a husband and wife couple that are normally very good

EXCELLENT! I recently ordered a casket spray for my father’s funeral on the 1st June, I requested white lilies and white roses with a few red carnations as that was what my mum had in her wedding bouquet, the flowers were stunning the lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend using this florist.
