Extremely helpful and taking over the hassle that I have had with trying to get a refund from Ryanair on a holiday that was due to take place back in July all the information that Ryanair had asked me to do was not able to do as the information was only if you had booked with them directly and Althams offered to do it for me at no extra charge i would highly recommend them

Todmorden branch good. Helped me when Burnley branch cancelled my daughters holiday by mistake while she was at the airport.!! Consequently she missed her flight but Jet2 helped her by flying her from Bristol next day !! Because if their blunder she lost a days holiday for herself and family!!

Beautiful helpful staff, plenty of choice in the restraunt, food could have been hotter. Lovely sea and sunshine though a bit windy it was a warm wind.

Called in to see if we could book a cruise to the Greek Island with NCL. Beverly was excellent and explained all of our options before contacting NCL to book the cruise. Great service.
