OK, so one thing about me: I only write reviews when I am really happy. And here comes the story: our conservatory needed blinds for privacy (we wanted Venetian) and a cover for the hot roof (we didn't want cladding). We decided to go with Perfect Blinds after having received another valuation and opinion from a different blinds company who did not convince us - two visits, two long chats, a surprisingly high quote for something that we did not really want (they pushed pleated for the windows and cladding for the roof - that they would not arrange, obviously).Then a friend recommended Perfect Blinds. Mariusz and his team were just brilliant. We knew from the start what is and what isn't doable and why. There was no pushing for a particular type of blinds or a solution - only an honest explanation of what will work (and how). And yes, we got our Venetians for the windows and thermal pleated for the roof! We were even promised the whole conservatory would be ready for Christmas. Spoiler alert: it was! We were so happy that we also ordered blinds for the living room. They were also delivered and put up before Christmas. Ha.And now, seriously: it is a great company with a fantastic, customer-oriented service and brilliant, high quality products. Prices are really competitive (and we got our Venetian blinds in real wood!) and the production time is unbeatable (take it from someone who thought blinds2go are the fastest...).Our neighbours only can see them through the window, but they were so impressed that I had to give them the promotional folder and contact details - Mariusz, you were absolutely right - everyone is impressed.Thank you ever so much for all you have done and I'm sure we will be back when it's time to change the roller blinds upstairs for a new set of Venetians!

Just had three Roman blinds fitted in a bedroom where the walls run out. Cory spent ages measuring up to ensure he covered all the variances. He explained the fittings mechanisms and gave excellent advice with choosing the fabrics. The fitter Simon did an excellent job, was very polite and even vacuumed up after he had finished. Communication from the office was excellent numerous e mail reminders.

I had perfect blinds come and give me a quote for four large windows to have blinds put in, the man that can out(cody) was very friendly and well knowledged, we got rid of the blinds we didn't want and looked through the rest. he gave us a very good price for the size of our windows. They have just fitted them and they are amazing just what we needed and fitted really quick, couldn't ask for a better team thanks guys.

Paid over 700£ for blinds for newly build home.With passing time every blind looses its quality,whenever I did blind upside it's was looking hanging as oblique,every fitting got loose,broken up from one side.one of our big blind on patio door broken 2 times by its string and every time they charges up to 50£.Now third time again string have been broken,My husband called them they asked for 50£ for repairing string, didn't respond when contacted.never ever recommend these services

We just had two blinds supplied and fitted by these guys. A perfect and first class service right from the initial phone call to ask someone to measure up, right through to fitting. We were notified by phone every step of the way. They cleared up every speck of dust created (not that there was much), took away all the packaging too. The blinds themselves are really good quality. We had two quotes and Perfect Blinds were the cheaper option. Day and night blinds were fitted in the lounge and they are still as good as new several years later. We have also had fitted blinds put in the bedroom and again we've been very happy with them, and the installation was quick and efficient. My dad has also since had 3 sets of day and night blinds fitted at his house following our recommendation.We've had a couple of issues with the blinds (user error, not the blind) and Perfect Blinds have been brilliant in sending replacement parts and giving advice on how to fix them. Excellent customer service and so easy to get hold of on Facebook messenger.I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone wanting new blinds.

Amazing service from beginning to end!It's one of life's pleasures to deal with a company who not only know what they are doing but also deliver exactly what they promise.Cody was brilliant with his advice on the day he came to measure and was not only knowledgeable but a complete pleasure to have in my home.Fabian came to fit the blinds a short time after and, again, was very professional and friendly. there was a slight alteration which was needed on one of the blinds which he took away and returned to fit within a couple of hours. Amazing service!We are thrilled with the results and the blinds have changed the look of our rooms. We had six in the lounge (which is a round room) and they look stunning! Also, we had three done in the utility room, one of which was on the door.We are so pleased that we are going to get more done fairly soon.Overall, I cannot recommend this company highly enough for professionalism, friendliness and above all,fantastic and high quality products. After ordering a blind for our conservatory from blinds2go which we were very disappointed with we struggled to find blinds at the right price. By chance we stumbled on Perfect Blinds and what a joy. Not really any more expensive that B2G but a lot better quality. No hard sell, Cody came and measured up and gave us the quote for perfect fit blinds. Nice lad and nothing too much trouble. From order to fitting was just over a week, and they look fantastic.So pleased we have decided to order more blinds for other parts of the house straight away.Follow up to our second order - ordered ceiling blinds for the roof lights, and not disappointed in the least. The same fitter came and again was so helpful, cleaned up and when we needed a minor change, the handle to slide the blinds open and closed was too long, came back on Christmas Eve to bring the new one. Can’t recommend them enough.
