Darryn at the Exeter store was friendly, helpful and professional.We ordered an incorrect size of carpet online which they rectified before delivery saving us from a costly mistake!The replacement arrived quickly (within a week), it was delivered and install promptly.Mark and Luke were excellent fitters and we used them for another job to install herringbone flooring.Fantastic service. Highly recommend!

Do not buy carpets from these people, fitters that were sent to my house caused up to £3000 of damage and refused to pay. As soon as you buy carpets from Carpet right they don't want anything further to do with you and will try and pass the liability to their fitters. Carpet right continue to give work to their fitters whilst a claim is on going! Be warned!!

Adam at Carpetright has provided us with one of the most professional and friendly service during our multiple visits. He was extremely patient and helpful in explaning the different options we have for flooring and their pros and cons, thoroughly going through the whole procedure , carefully checking the avaiablity of products and comprehensively planning the whole workflow. The initial quote was provided in our first visit, and a on-site measruement was scheduled in two days. We are very much looking forwards to have the work completed soon.

We visited the store for the first time on June 3rd, the surveyor came and measured on 10th, now we have the carpet fitted on 21st!!!!!! AMAZING that it can fit our tight schedule very well. Kudos to Adam, the store staff, who listened to our need and tried his best the arrange! We managed to have the carpet installed before our official move in :) :) :)

Big store with a large range of flooring, from carpet tiles and lino to real wood and luxurious woollen carpets .. they also have a range of artificial grass.Watch out for the entrance though - the automatic door is pretty slow and could catch you out if you're not concentrating.

My 80 year old, vulnerable Dad made the mistake of using carpet right in Exeter. Unbelievable. Had a fitting date agreed at the end of March. They didn’t turn up. Then they re booked. Again didn’t turn up. He received numerous emails with further fitting dates. Again didn’t turn up. When he called he was told to ignore the emails as they are system generated and aren’t true. A glitch…. Another date given. Another no show. Still no carpets and it’s mid April. I believe they are just putting him at the back of the queue because he’s old and vulnerable. Shocking firm.Shame on them. I will be seeing a solicitor next.

Amazing service, Joanne in particular has been OUTSTANDING throughout. Nothing has been too much trouble, found us exactly what we were looking for in the budget we set. All of the other team were also very helpful, all in all amazing service. Couldn’t be happier!

We went with Carpet Right as we were told in store that the fitting was free due to promotion and the carpet being half price. We were told in store that both of these would be honoured.We chose Carpet Right against many other competitors because of this. Initially, this was great. We were quoted approximately £3,200 but ended up paying around £4,000 overall including fitting and door alterations.However, this was then changed after paying a deposit. Even though we were told that the £3,200 was being locked in because of the deposit including the fitting. The price soon ran up and the service given was lacking. The carpet was not fitted well, the service took a while to be done even though we were told it would be done before moving in and now we cannot afford many things we need as first time buyers.The communication was poor throughout the entire process and we are heartbroken about the whole process. I even had to make multiple phone calls from abroad to ensure the job was going to be done but a straight answer was never given. We then had to move into our house with no carpets.Since this, the company has been extremely uncooperative with us. We have asked for a very simple resolution from them but they are not at all willing to help us.I strongly advise to you shop around. There are other options for you that will do a better job after talking to friends and family. Just because a company has been in the game so long, does not mean they are good at what they do and at all caring for their customers.Please understand that I did not want to write this review, but Carpet Right Exeter and their staff have left me no option.Edit: The company found every way to make sure we would not be getting anything back from this complaint. It's lovely to know their lackluster service stretches to all areas of the company. The worst company I've dealt with in my entire life.

David was really helpful and friendly. He didn’t make us feel pressured or rushed and didn’t try to hard sell in fact he showed us some cheaper options to what we were looking at and took in consideration things like children and pets. we came away happy with our decision. Thank you very much

Doing a full house renovation. Visited the store to find laminate flooring. Customer service was condescending and seemed to think I couldn’t afford the flooring I was asking for. I was asked what I do for work. Have since had no follow up after giving details for a quote, will be definitely be going elsewhere.
