The Hamptons Care Centre

I am very impressed with the care given to my Father. He has been at the Hamptons since the beginning of this year and has settled down well and seems very happy. Despite having dementia he enjoys all the activities on offer each day and is very fond of all the staff whose care for him is exemplary.

As a plumbing contractor I frequent many care establishments on different levels. I travel the width and breath of the country carrying out various duties to keep the sites compliant with regards to legionella control and plumbing issues. I have to say, this is one of the nicest most professional care centres I have had the privilege to carry out work at. The management team, front of house team and all of the care and nursing staff including maintenance team are so pleasant and happy all of the time. This is day 3 for me and I am looking forward to visiting again to carry out more work in the near future. Cleanliness is 100% the decor is 100%. The whole presence once you arrive is so homely and welcoming. Thank you to each and everyone one of you at the centre. Keep doing what you are doing, this is a fantastic establishment. 5 star rated!

My mother was recently in the Hamptons until she sadly passed away. The care from all the staff was exceptional. The nurses who I dealt with daily whilst visiting my mum were not only a tower of strength to me and my family, but looked after mum so respectfully and diligently, they really were angels. A special call out to Diana, Helen & Rick - the compassion you showed mum whilst nursing her through her final days was wonderful.Needless to say I can’t recommend this Nursing Home enough, it really is a home from home, from the wonderful atmosphere created, the calming decor, the food and all the activities the residents can get involved in.Thank you again to ALL the wonderful staff.

I would like to say a massive thank you to all at The Hamptons Care Centre.We were so lucky to find the Hamptons when my mum needed palliative care, she spent 6 weeks there. All the staff treated her with great care and compassion.They were all lovely with her and really looked after her, especially the nursing team who kept her pain free and all the care support team that kept her comfortable.Everyone treated mum with great care, respect and dignity and I and my family will always be grateful for that.I can't thank nurses Helen, Diane, Rick and Liz enough. Not only for the care they showed mum but also for the support and care they gave me and my family. We couldn't have asked for more.Along with their excellent care, it's also a lovely place and a nice environment, mum was very comfortable there.M H

This home is absolutely fantastic, I can't recommend it enough. My inlaws have been resident there for 4 months now and we honestly cannot fault it. My inlaws have Alzheimers and Vascular Dementia so it was really hard choosing a home for them after an horrendous experience at the last care home they were in. Really wish we had moved them there sooner. They settled in straight away and seem really happy there. We feel like we can relax now knowing they are well cared for, believe me that was hard after the previous home. They do regular activities with them and take them on days out. Communication is brilliant between home and family and care plans are updated regularly like they should be.I am a nurse myself and expect high standards of care like I would give myself and they really do get it here, I must admit it did bother us at first thinking it was all show with the decor but we were proved wrong.

I attend The Hamptons as a professional and I would just like to say how fantastic this establishment is. The care is person centred and the residents needs are at the forefront of everyone's minds. The manager Suzanne is a brilliant manager, she is approachable and knows every single resident inside out.

Mum recently enjoyed a weeks respite stay - she loved the place and the people. The facilities, food and activities are of the highest quality. The staff exceptional - warm, accomplished and put people at the forefront of all they do. I cannot recommend or thank them enough for the support and reassurance they provide to the whole family.
