Much improved on the old iceland,bigger,brighter,better selection,more convenient location ,long opening times ,sunday, bank holidays open at 10.30,easy access all on one floor

First and last order with Iceland delivery. The online process was perfect! I even secured a next morning 1000-1200 slot for delivery..: brilliant. Only problem was, it never turned up! I had 2 ‘missed calls’ from the store. They literally rang for a split second each time… and didn’t leave a voicemail. I the. Try to call back about 50 times and they are constantly engaged (phone off the hook?!). I check online and it states ‘order delivered’.I then phone the call centre and they have a line that someone in the store actually answers! Problems with vans, drivers, etc. they’ll deliver tomorrow How about… NO THANKS! Order now cancelled. I can see what there are so many 1 star reviews online for the delivery service.

Kane the store manager on the 19/011/23 cancelled my order when i never asked for this.................... WHY?

There's nothing wrong with the store it's the young staff on the tills who have zero customer service skills. The only time they speak is to ask for money and they never say hello or smile. The young black male with the earing has always been the worst. I avoid him if I can. The older staff are much better but these young staff need some training.

Placed an order for delivery. According to the update email, only one item was out of stock so was charged for the rest. Only half the delivery turned up and when I thought the driver was going back to the van for the rest of it, he drove off. Followed the instructions and tried to contact the store. Constantly no answer. Appalling

No stock on shelfs...freezers empty... and prices and expensive compared to other stores ....

Self service tills so out quicker. Especially with only a couple of items. Nice they have two entrances.
