Perfect customer service. Staff on the telephone were approachable, friendly and above all, consistently good! The storage unit felt extremely secure and was impeccably clean. This is the first time I have used any type of storage facility and my whole experience of UK Storage was exceptional! Needed a storage unit to facilitate house move. Initial set up over phone and on-line handled smoothly and efficiently. Numerous visits to storage over a number of months, always ample parking directly outside and always trolleys available to move contents from car to store or vice versa. Downsized unit after a few months and this was again handled without any issues. Units themselves are kept clean and secure. Highly recommend.

UK Storage was amazing from start to finish! Always available on the phone and the customer service provided was second to none. Very fair prices in comparison and even came to the rescue at the last minute when we needed a second unit to fit all our stuff. They made our house move as stress-free as possible so I owe them a huge amount of gratitude and would highly recommend UK Storage!

Once you join and pay your deposit followed by the 1st Month you get sent an entrance code to Access Building and a Room Number stating what floor. From then on its pretty straightforward

The facility booking process, key collection and information given was easy to understand and comprehensive. We had no issue at all getting access, putting our things in and out again. The process of trolleys, lift and room access was all very easy and made our house move (when it came) much less stressful on the day. I would use again and recommend to friends.

First time using self storage and had no idea about any of it. However after my first call to contact the sales team everything was made clear and information sent straight to me. They were flexible and allowed me to start the duration on the very day it suited me best and the payments were exactly as they detailed. I was very satisfied with the communication and speed of it too!The actual storage unit was well laid out, easy to use, clean tidy and plenty of access to get a van up close. Even though unmanned I felt at ease on site because contact was easy when required via telephone.If I ever need to use storage again I know where to go!
