Ash took a lot of time in showing me around and as I’m in a wheelchair this was more than a somebody after a sale it was 3 months since I approached him and he had not forgotten me and had kept his word that he would hold the unit he thought was appropriate the units were all very clean even the car park when I found the unit that suited Ash took us inside ( my son and me ) talked about prices and I was very impressed with what he came up with needless to say we took the deal he offered and was very happy to do so I highly recommend Ash at Bedford safe store you won’t better it Many thanks Ash for all your help and time

The team at Bedford were extremely professional and helpful. I was in the situation of not knowing if I would need storage or not but this was no trouble for them. Following their advice as to what size I might require I was able to provisionally reserve a unit on the proviso that I could change the size if required and either sort out the necessary paperwork or cancel at the last minute. They were so polite and patient with an uncertain timeline to work to which was one less thing for me to worry about. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Safestore Bedford. Their customer service is excellent.

The team are very friendly and helpful. I've been a bit of a painful customer having changed my mind many times on units and costs and even an issue with direct debits but they have taken it in their stride and just been so wonderful. Highly recommended.
