We were getting an error on our boiler on the weekend. We gave Heating & Gas Solutions Ltd a call and Perry explained what the potential issue could be and advised us to reset the boiler. If hot water and heating worked fine, we could avoid the weekend call out fee (we appreciated this very much!). If it happened again (which it did), we planned on calling Perry to have a look. He was very professional and friendly. He was able to diagnose the issue within a few minutes and luckily had the part which needed replacing. We were kept well informed of all the tests he was running and what the suggested solution would be. He answered all of our questions and worked efficiently. Overall we are happy with the service and would highly recommend Heating & Gas Solutions Ltd - Thank you!

We had a real emergency after our boiler stopped firing late on a Sunday evening. Perry was able to come out within 2 hours and diagnosed and fixed the issue within 20 mins. We were very impressed with his knowledge and really appreciated meeting a good, trustworthy tradesman. We will definitely be using him again to upgrade our heating system in the future. Excellent service, highly recommended!

I can only reiterate all the other positive reviews about Heating and Gas Solutions. Perry re-arranged his day to fit us in as the heating had packed up. He quickly analysed the fault and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. He was very helpful and informative. I just wish I'd found him years ago as going with a heating breakdown contract proved to be a disaster. After paying them for years on end, when we finally needed them they weedled out of the claim on a technicality - never again! My advice is to go straight to Perry - you won't regret it!

Really straightforward online booking system so I could book a service with short notice, and received several text reminders leading up the appointment, which I appreciate. Perry is super thorough and friendly, and explains everything that he’s going to do/done (helpful for someone like me without the first clue about boilers!).
