Dog Spa

Such a genuinely nice place. They understand dogs and have always been kind and gentle. Good grooming result without a traumatised doggo. Win win!

The location is a bit out of the way but the staff is really friendly and they do an excellent job. Took my dog there for a full groom and he looks great!

Nothing is too much for these lovely people. They are amazing with the dogs and so patient. Max loves going in to choose his new toy each time he gets his nails cut. They make it a good experience for all xxx

Staff obviously love dogs. Sophie groomed my Chihuahua and I was very pleased with the results and Rosie was very calm on pick up. I think it would be advantageous to the spa to have someone answering the phone although someone did get back to me. A lot of people searching a new groomer might just give up and try elsewhere. I have recommended Sophie and the spa to friends.

brought my pup here and unfortanetly he left looking exactly the same and was charged £25...I had to bring him home and trim him myself! wont be coming back hereUpdate as I cannot reply to your comment: you left a big strand of hair under his eye which we had to cut back as it looked terrible (unfortunately I didn't think to take a picture). It was quite evident he could have done with a slight trim around his face in general but all you did was his eyes. It was my wife who collected him but if it was me it would have been a different outcome! We were late arriving as we could not locate the store, that has nothing to do with the lack of service our pet received so don't try to use this as an excuse.

The Dog Store is such a fantastic place! I am in there every Saturday to get some fantastic natural treats for my girl Bella! Tom has been so helpful and so friendly and has also been a great help in getting Bella sorted for a harness!! I cannot recommend this store enough! Xx

What can I say?! I originally visited the shop to ask about harnesses for my dog. They were very helpful and patient. I ended up leaving empty handed but I returned a couple of weeks later and purchased it. Very good quality. Very friendly staff.
