Turns out I never had to consider an alternative such was the impression he made.First and foremost he is an upmost professional and passionate carpet fitter. So often people default to the larger retailers but Steve is a great example of an independent business owner providing 1st class service. From the first visit until the final installation nothing was ever too much nor did I ever feel rushed to make a decision. Super easy to communicate with and I am chuffed with the end result.
