Ailie is the best dentist I could ever have found !I joined this practice about three years ago, needing treatment.I’m a very anxious patient and have been all my life.But from the minute I stepped into Ailie’s room I was really looked after. She is so welcoming and so very kind , caring , patient and friendly.She accepted my worries and fears with understanding and without making me feel stupid or difficult , but said whatever I had a problem with she would find a way to do what was necessary in a way that I would be comfortable with, and she does.She feels like my best friend looking after me.I have returned for more treatment over the time I’ve been with her and her kindness and loveliness is always there .Not only that but she has done a brilliant job on my teeth !So if anyone needs a dentist and is worried about dental work then Ailie at {my} dentist in Plympton will look after you. She is one very lovely dentist.

Came in as I had cracked a filling and was seen by my regular dentist (Ailie and her assistant, Lily) and they were absolutely amazing! Sarah the receptionist is also amazing! I was (and still am) petrified of the whole dentist experience but whenever I’m here, they consistently soothe my worries and make sure I know exactly what’s going on. They’re truly brilliant and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The fact I get a sticker at the end for being brave is also a bonus! Thanks again, guys! You’re the best!

I don't usually write negative reviews but my experience with this dentist was very poor and I want other people to be aware before attending here.Firstly, they kept changing my appointments with very little notice. I had an appointment to get rid of a hole/mark on my tooth about 6 months ago, after the procedure it got worse and I was not happy with the outcome. I went back to the dentist to get it sorted and the dentist was rude, blaming it on me being too lazy to floss my teeth". She also loudly spoke about my financial situation in front of other people.I spoke to the manager who was no help at all

I have been a patient of MyDentist for a long time now and I feel there is a mutual bond with all staff who are so helpful and friendly. The very morning of my appointment I went to my doctors surgery for a monthly injection. The Nurse administering the injection asked what I had planned for the rest of the day. I mentioned I had a dental appointment when she asked about the dentist I attended. She was extremely overjoyed to have a high recommendation of a good quality dental and said she would go on line and make enquiries. She was not the first person I gave this recommendation to as I have recommended 4 or 5 friends, I don't know if or how many have registered but I leave the decisions to them. I take the recommendation of My Dentist as being a truly thankful response for the excellent service afforded to myself by the staff in this dental practice in Plympton Devon.

Ben was great at getting me in for an emergency appointment, very professional and helpful. my appointment went smoothly and the dentist I seen was amazing, made me feel at ease, as someone who is normally anxious at the dentist the staff were great and made the experience as good as it could be. highly recommend :)

First time at the dentist today I normally nervous of dentist but felt at ease lovely dentist will be going back for further treatments

Much as the dentistry is very good here my 5 star review actually concerns the lady on reception whos name is Sarah. She is 100% a people person , im not just judging that on how she has been with me but when im in the waiting room listening to the way she talks to and handles other patients. She is definitely an asset to your company

Best dentist I have ever been to. The staff are all so helpful. Sarah on reception is the perfect front of house staff as she is so welcoming and lovely. My dentist is Ailie and she has been taking me through my clear correct treatment and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. She is extremely professional and friendly in her nature. I always look forward to my visits with her. I cannot recommend her and this practice enough.
