Our youngest daughter was rather anxious about having her first fillings. Both her dentist and nurse were absolutely amazing. They took the time and explained the procedure and really made sure she was completely comfortable before she started. Very grateful for there time and patience.

My son was due to go on a 3 week trip in Europe but developed tooth pain the week before.Dental concepts got him in the day I rang.Aditee was absolutely amazing, kind and passionate and definitely put myself and my son at ease, even better she fixed the pain and off to Europe he goes pain freeALL the staff are lovely and really care, I’m so glad myself and my family are registered here

I had been a patient with Dental Concepts for a year or so after returning from abroad. As I live some distance from the clinic and being elderly I decided to find a dental practice nearer to home. I stayed just four months at the nearby clinic and had some technically good treatment, but delivered with speed rather than compassion. The treatment did not go well and I asked Dr Shilpa if I could return. The relief on returning to Dr Shilpa was huge. As long as I have transport in some form I will stay with Dental Concepts.

I have been coming here for a few years and have been extremely impressed! She always gives just the right amount of explanation and able to inform and reassure in such a professional manner. Dr Megna is fantastic, I would recommend her to anyone - even private dentists have complimented the neatness of the fillings she has done for me!
