I’ve been a member of curves for nearly 4 years and I’m so glad I joined. I’ve made lovely friends, enjoy working out and look forward to the classes. The girls work so hard motivating everyone from the time they open till the time they go home. Without Laura, Sami & Holly curves Newport east wouldn’t be the same! Xx

An excellent gym with very experienced and supportive trainers. Whatever your level of fitness the programme is completely tailored to your individual needs, aspirations and ambitions. Central of course is the excellent support of Laura the team and the acceptance and friendship of all who belong. Curvettes for ever.

Amazing place to keep or get fit, suitable for all abilities from beginners to really fit and want to be challenged, the coaches will work with every individual accordingly.A very comfortable and friendly environment being all women.Covid regulations are in place to stay safe during this time.
