Good, while you wait service for key-cutting, minor watch repairs et cetera. Reasonable prices too.Handy having an outlet inside Tescos and Sainsburys as well. Means you don't have to make a special journey into the town and you can do a bit of shopping while waiting

Got my watch size reduced within seconds, very professional and affordable. I highly recommend this shop plus they are able to make copies of any key.

I've had a couple watches fitted by Ryan now, one was a bracelet fitting and the other was a strap change. He is excellent at his job! He gets the job done so quick and efficiently. I trust him with all of my watches.

5 stars to the shoe repair man, no stars to the he lad behind the counter , has no customer service skills whatsoever, he spends his time on his phone, lolling on the counter, he can't even say please and thank you and can barely be bothered to serve you! I had boots heeled, the shoe repair man is excellent, my boots are like new, full marks to him.

Perfect service! I have been using this branch for a number of years and have always had a really good experience. Although this time I was using the Dry Clean service I have previously used the key cutting and shoe repair services. Luke is a always really up-beat / friendly and a pleasure to speak to. He does a professional job with anything I leave in his hands and keeps me coming back time and again! Luke is a really great ambassador for (and a credit to) the Timpson brand.

These guys are good for shoes repairs and making house numbers etc but don't even think about bringing your timepieces to repair here because the company they send them to doesn't have a clue. So one star rating based on this experience only.I brought my citizen here which needed one button fixed and the crown straightened. After 60 day waiting they quoted 120 quid to replace whole movement even though the button is attached to the case and has nothing to do with movement whatsoever. With great difficulty I finally got my watch returned to me and to my astonishment discovered that another button was broken as well! - They even didn't figured out what the problem was and tried to repair the button that was ok to start with.I've took my watch to Watch Surgery, Bond Street London - they fixed the entire botched job for 30 quid with the same day service.

Disappointing that they were unable to remove links on my watch. The staff were friendly and apologetic but it was an inconvenience.
