Fantastic customer service from Shads at VW when I bought my car. He was super helpful and made the whole process really easy, he arranged everything from my gap insurance to a big red bow and flowers! Completely went above and beyond to help & the manager of the branch was very kind as well! No problems what so ever with the car, brilliant condition and really happy. My first VW and have definitely been impressed, so pleased I went directly to VW - couldn’t fault them. THANK YOU!!!

Great local VW garage. Fantastic service that we have been using for over twenty years. Very polite reception staff and service department. The new car sales team are very knowledgeable and helpful. Our car is always serviced to a very high quality and the video sent to us before collecting is very helpful and informative.

We saw a VW Up GTI Silver for sale at Vindis and casually enquired not expecting much. It was Charlie who then sent an amazing personalised video of the car. We were all just stunned by this - a personalised video, really professionally done and so quick. So it was Charlie that tempted us with a 100 mile journey to visit.Once there, we were, not disappointed. Everyone there made us feel welcome. We were served by Kaya and very impressed we were. Kaya navigated us an ideal test drive route. She took us through everything and made sure all was perfect, which it was. Charlie and Kaya really deserve a big thanks in helping us with what was becoming a daunting experience. Charlie and Kaya are both are credit to Vindis Bedford Volkswagen.
