Good work by MyTubThanks to My Tub I have been able to obtain two very scarce products to repair my central heating controls. Despite set backs from 3rd party suppliers, the goods were sourced and delivered in good time by My Tub. With my grateful thanks. ***** 5 stars to MyTub from a happy domestic customer.

I ordered a Myson stainless steel grille from MyTub because they were the cheapest. However, their supplier delivered the wrong part. When I got in touch with customer service at MyTub, I spoke to a real person in England (not in an offshore call centre or a robot asking me to press 1, press 2 on my telephone keypad....) and they got the right part delivered. Unprompted by me, they kept up the pressure on their supplier and kept me updated on a regular basis.Superb service, not easily found these days. I'd recommend MyTub to anyone for their unbeatable combination of value and service.

A very quick and efficient service, especially regarding checking as to whether an item is in stock.One of my requests was the other was found to be no longer available but that didn't stop MyTub checking to see if it was available from other competitor suppliers. That's what is called service!I was kept fully informed as to the ordering, dispatching and delivery of my part.Overall an excellent company to do business with.Thank you.

Brilliant service. We were struggling to source a particular model of plinth heater and where we had found it, it was at a hugely inflated price. One call to MyTub and they managed to source and promptly deliver it at a much more competitive rate. Very happy.

Happy to say My Tub provided me with an excellent service in sourcing the boiler part i needed. Two other companies had advised that the part was obsolete, despite being listed on their websites and taking payments from me. Im still waiting for a refund 7 days later! I phoned My Tub and their sales rep checked while i was on the phone to confirm they could get the part for me, and consequently it was with me within two days. Great service!
