very happy with the service I received. The optician, Phillipa, took her time. It didn't feel rushed. She explained everything clearly. She used the OCT scanner on me (an extra charge, but there was no pressure at all to have it, and we talked about why it would be best to do that, but I felt I could decide not to if that's what I wanted to do.) I'm glad I did, as we found that I needed to be referred to the hospital for further treatment. This would not have shown up on a normal exam. I don't think many opticians have an OCT scanner, so I'm really glad I went to Bills.
