Westdrive Mazda

I had a great experience at Westdrive Mazda because when I came to pick it up after purchasing it was beautifully prepared and had been given a little top-up of fuel so that I didn't have to rush to find a garage (I had left it close to empty after the test drive the week before). All of the staff in the showroom were approachable. upfront and not in the slightest bit pushy.

I'm very happy to be served by Mark today who has advanced knowledge of cars with very good customer service skills.Being served by Mark is the best experience at Mazda.Sometimes if a car takes longer in the workshop, Its best to look at this as positive because it's well worth the wait receiving extra vehicle care in safe hands than the alternative of something being rushed.The car felt smooth driving it home after a major service.Thank you so much.

The experience at Westdrive Mazda was good because of the professionalism of the Salesman. He immediately understood my requirements and did not waste time trying to sell me something I did not wantThe colour of my car was not my first choice but the level of professionalism at Westdrive was such that I would rather buy the wrong" colour from them than the "right" colour from another dealership"

I went to Westdrive Mazda Braintree looking for a specific car.The sales lady was Beth Minter, she went out of her way to find the car at the price I was willing to pay.Her knowledge of the vehicles was very good. She was very polite and not at all pushy.Beth showed me around several vehicles, I chose one, had a test drive, she then took time to explain all the controls etc.I was very pleased with the car I bought, Westdrive Mazda were exceptional in getting the sale done, the car was checked over and serviced and a warranty applied.I would also like to mention Mark the service manager who has been very helpful, so polite and cheerful.

Avoid Mazda services, NOT Trustworthy. It doesn't matter if you have Mazda warranty and roadside assistance. They will find the way to conclude that you are not covered and give you a huge bill for repair.I got an approved Mazda used car from a Mazda dealership paying all the oncost of getting it from an official dealer to be having a car that has been approved by the manufacturer and covered under warranty for any issues. My car didn't last a year and broke down in just a few months. Of course, there is a huge bill to pay to repair and apparently it's not covered under the warranty. It doesn't matter if we've been doing all maintenance properly, it is just a fault not covered. What's the point then of selling" the warranty in a used car if it covers nothing and it can always be claimed as depreciation..It's used

This car purchase was altogether a very pleasant experience. Test drive in the sunshine with the roof down. Pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Nice surroundings and great coffee!Love the car - thanks Westdrive!

Brilliant service, very well looked after by Mark and the team whilst I worked remotely on site in their customer office area, with nice coffee! Would recommend for sure.
