Nicky and Ilias could not have been more helpful in helping us buy a bracelet as a birthday present for a friend. Patiently answered all our questions and when we did, eventually, decided on one they went out of their way to find a lovely gift box for it to go in. Thank you so much for all your help. I will never go in here again, and have boycotted it for years. A long time ago I bought a nice watch there, and was very pleased with it. 10 years later I went in to have the battery replaced. They refused, saying they would only offer a service to replace it and clean the watch at the same time. Ridiculous! They wanted almost £180 for this. A great example of how not to provide customer service, and to ensure a customer holds a grudge for decades. Several friends and workmates have also been advised never to use them, so they have lost their custom too.

Visited Salisbury store yesterday purchasing a Citizen watch. The product knowledge from male and 2 female staff members in advising me was excellent. Customer service was outstanding. Staff made me feel comfortable and informed in my purchase. Highly recommended.

Bit over-the-top salesman who is clearly very passionate! Might not be for everyone, but we found it amusing. We made it clear we were not going for a crazy-expensive ring, he tried once but understood that i was not going to give in and left it at that, trying to find the best option for our budget, which he did. He made us feel welcomed and looked-after. Ordered us the correct ring size in without any additional charge as well. Definitely an experience we will never forget ;) Thank you :)

Absolutely love this jewellers, the staff are so helpful & friendly, Ilias is a credit to the company along with Scarlett & the manageress whose name escapes me at the moment, sorry. We can’t pass without looking in the window at the great selection on show.
