Order online (SnappySnap, Staines) as I can't go to the shop as it was for away! recieved an email saying delivered in 3 working days! after 6 days not recieved the order! when I called, they didn't know even I have ordered and then ask me to come collect it int he store! where I have already paid for the Postal Charges! rediculous service!

Very confused by the pricing of the passport photos and visas. They charge £27 each here for physical and digital visa photos for India. However, a snappy snaps store in Central London only charged £18. What is that about? Felt like it was racially motivated

Very rude and unhelpful assistant. Definitely never going back!. He didn't even offer any help, or guidance and was simply shouting that he would need a booking to be made in advance even though the website doesn't indicate that an appointment is being required. Useless person, he should not be serving customers!! Very upset by his aggressive attitude!

Custumer service is such a huge handicap in this store. I needed a work picture in my uniform taken. I went to the this store an a male between 50-60y/o assisted me. He told me: You think anyone can walk-in and ask and do what ever they want?

Snappy Snaps Staines seems to have staff that should be trained on customer service and communication. Went 10 minutes before close time for a passport size picture and was asked to return despite them having 3 staff on site. Another high street store waiting to close due to poor customer engagement and retention.

Although they are a small in store cannot thank them enough for their services too me in recent years. A lovely young lady mari-ann" (dark haired girl- hope im spelling it right!) has been so helpful and supportive recently.I do scrapbooking as a side hobby and always need print outs

Visited this branch to print out photos the sales assistant Ria was absolutely awesome, very helpful and kind. Will definitely return and Ria will go far in her career and she makes the customer feel valued. Superb person
