I worked for Academics for several months whilst I was inbetween jobs. I found all staff to be great. Really flexible and and approachable and tried to find work that was appropriate and convient location for me. I would 100% go back to them if ever I needed to in the future!

Academics are an excellent agency. Izzy manages the secondary teachers and she is brilliant, she genuinely cares and has made me feel so at ease while starting supply teaching. She checks in on you and ensures you find schools where you are comfortable (I've only been to lovely schools!). She has also managed to negotiate flexibility for me. Thank you Izzy and Academics!

I have worked as a supply teacher for this Agency for a number of years and have been well looked after. The staff know me well and strive to offer assignments in great schools that suit me. They are very friendly and helpful and ensure that I’m offered plenty of work when I’m available. Special thanks to Alison and Mudassa who are lovely. Highly recommended if you want to work in supply!

Academics is a really great agency! I have worked with them for a few months during my time in Leeds and Izzy has been so helpful with finding me jobs in and around Leeds across a variety of lovely schools. She is really understanding and listens to your concerns about schools and tries to find others which are perhaps more suited to your needs. The communication is really good and the work is flexible. It is an ideal agency that I would recommend to any supply teacher.

Academics are a fantastic company to work for; Sophie (my consultant) was extremely friendly and supportive and found me regular work with schools and year groups I enjoyed working with the most. She put time and effort into ensuring that my CV was of an excellent standard and always made sure that I was happy in whichever school I was working in. Her regular communication and updates were greatly appreciated. Furthermore, I had work almost every day with good pay rates. I highly recommended Academics!

I recently worked as a cover supervisor teacher in high schools through Academics in Leeds, and I can't recommend them enough! Isobel, in particular, was an absolute gem - she was always available to answer any questions I had and provided me with all the support I needed to succeed in my role. She made the whole process so easy and stress-free, and I really felt like I was part of a supportive team.Additionally, Academics always ensures I get regular work and that is fabulous !Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Academics in Leeds, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for work in education.
