Really friendly, helpful staff for all your legal needs such as Statutory declarations and Deed Polls.The only downside is that there are no lavatories for the public. You have to go elsewhere if you need to use the toilet.

Very happy with the level of service with Stephanie. We purchased a house and it took 9 and a half weeks from offer to completion (with a few weeks delay due to holiday etc) was really easy and all the staff were super friendly. Highly recommend!

Attentive until they have the deposit, then the estate agent has to do all the chasing. Almost 12 months to exchange contracts, and almost lost the buyer in the process. Then messed up the invoicing once we completed. Definitely would not recommend.

Called about an enquiry for a client. I started to ask a question, the receptionist cut me off literally mid sentence stating the correct person I needed to speak to wasn't there so to call back on Monday. I actually had more questions pertaining to other issues and other clients. Needs educating in customer service and just generally how to be polite. Will NOT be sending them any work if this is how they deal with their actual customers on the very first phonecall.

Rude, obstructive and unhelpful. Having waited 2 weeks for replies to specific queries on a house purchase, all but 4 of them were answered not known" or not answered. I can't imagine why it took 2 weeks to complete given that there were no answers. As for the extremely rude comment to my solicitor at the end of the document

My partner and I just bought our first home with the help of Bassets Solicitors. Amber dealt with most of our case and she was exceptional. She was available to answer all of our questions, she was patient and explained everything to us at every stage to ensure we understood exactly what was going on, which really put us at ease as nervous first time buyers. We also had input from Tracey and Stephanie during periods of leave and they were equally as good. We completed our purchase in 4 months from offer acceptance and Bassets made our experience as stress free as possible and we cannot thank them enough!
