Great service , cheap parts !

***DO NOT USE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** Absolutely shocking. Tried to cancel an order the next day due to my insurance company being able to replace my glass following a break in. Was told to reject the delivery but after rejecting and signing to say that they've been rejected the driver took it upon himself to redeliver the windows without authorisation the week after, one was left outside my the front of my flat with no card left from the driver, I returned this to the supplier but after chasing for my refund and asking why I hadn't received full refund only half they told me 2 weeks after that the 2nd window was actually delivered. Please may I add that he only gave me this information after several emails back and fourth asking for the details and only when I stated that this is actually his problem to sort out, as the customer (who works in sales and dispatching) I should not have to get involved with the courier he decided to tell me. To make matters worse the window has supposedly been delivered to my neighbour above me at the beginning of September, I found this fascinating considering that no one actually lives there. When asking for the proof of it being delivered they have now gone quiet on me...very funny that. Well let me tell you now GMH I will not keep quiet until this is resolved and I have my refund. For anyone that reads this please please please stay away from here. It will save you a hell of a lot of hassle instead of dealing with an incredibly unhelpful company that do not have the decency to respond to your messages let alone actually try and resolve a problem that was made by their courier. UTTERLY ABYSMAL....Wonder if I will receive a response now.**update - still no response from this company after several messages sent their way - continues to be an ever so shocking service**

Part Are Very Cheap And Good Prices

Ordered a part it arrived 5 days later ... Didn't put part on the car until 4 weeks later.. phoned them to inform them part was faulty ... Unfortunately I didn't manage to take the part back until day 89 of the 90 day warranty.... left part was told manager would call me 5 days on I had to call them and manager says it's outside the warranty even though they were informed etc ... so be warned the warranty they offer is from the day they allegedly send the item till they have it on Thier desk .... I WOULD NEVER USE THESE GUYS AGAIN AND I'VE INFORMED FRIENDS WHO ARE RUNNING GARAGES TO AVOID .

Ordered a part on Ebay. After 6 days item still has not arrived. When looked at Hermes tracking website it says that parcel has not been dispatched from seller. Another week my vehicle in the garage generate extra travel costs to work due to lack of profesional these guys. Sorry but will not recommend to anyone

You will never find out cheaper and qood quality parts for your car other than gmh

Stayed open a bit late to allow me to pick up a window glass I was desperate for, at short notice too. Friendly staff, decent prices happy to use again.

Phoned prior and was directed to view photos of the product online on eBay. The photos were accurate. I reserved the product ahead with no deposit required. I arrived there an hour later and the item was there waiting for me. Payment can be taken on card rather than just cash.

Great service, got the spare part I needed and the item was as described, the price was pretty much standard.
