After 45 mins of a busy tone finally got through, was told I would get a call back. Two hours later I call back and get told there too busy. I just wanted to speak to someone to see if they can do what I wanted but never got the chance. I understand your busy but surly you need some form of customer service in order to maintain that so busy schedule of yours!
