Well a nasty fall down a staircase meant damaged ankle and leg. No easy fix but Paul with his usual professional approach got on with some treatment and started the mend. He always explains what he is doing and what I should be doing to help myself. So now walking freely, not taking painkillers and sleeping easily. When injuries occur, Paul is the person I turn, always with good results

We found Paul very professional and understanding in all aspects of physiotherapy. My husband had had a mini stroke and Paul examined all the problems that arose from this. Paul is a very knowledgeable professional committed to finding solutions to any physical problem to do with muscular/ skeletal conditions treatment of which can include advice on strengthening excercises and dietary and lifestlye changes to assist repair. Can thoroughly recommend as he's been treating me now for about 12 months for various complaints. Offers an interesting and engaging diagnosis and treatment plan.

I have been twice so far to see Paul and find him very friendly, incredibly knowledgable and enthusiastic! He sees you from the whole, rather than just looking at one or two issues and therefore gets a much better picture of what is going on. He explains everything clearly and is very helpful. I love that I am given movements to practice regularly at home, it seems so much better to be at least partly responsible for my own healing. I was in quite a dark place and had hit rock bottom when I had pain all over and could barely walk at the age of 36. This was from a combination of Hypermobility and a host of accumulated injuries. I saw an osteopath who set me on the road to recovery and he also recommended to see Paul. I am so glad I did as his skills in assessing the body as a whole and perform gait analysis is exactly what I needed. After a few sessions my pain is much improved and walking is starting to feel more natural again, rather than an awkward struggle! He is extremely knowledgeable and talented and I feel privileged to have access to this service.
