Would give a 0 if was possible. Cosmic prices for low quality items. Wrong pricing in cheese shelf to catch an eye. Instead of correcting it, staff argues and pushes to purchase for £5.80 instead £2.50. Even high quality drink's empty box alone standing with a price under of totally different item, to fool that you are buying it, but it's not even available! Would appreciate to have Sainsbury's instead!!!

Very friendly staff. Always helpful and well presented store. The 1 thing maybe the store needs is either baskets on wheels or the shallow trolleys, might encourage people to do bigger shops?

Has everything you would expect a Co-op to have. However, queue times can be slow and if you are on a lunch break this can be quite frustrating.

Member of staff refused to accept my blue loyalty card despite it being accepted in there day before. Heard her colleague say to her she had been told they could take them, the girl serving me then said to her she told customers they don't as it's not fair - based on how co op is set up. She was talking as though I couldn't hear her. I checked up wheni got home and this store is listed as accepting points off the blue card ( central). really inappropriate as a customer to be hearing this sort of infighting and not getting the points I signed up to .staff need to be told they can't make the rules up themselves.

Not a bad shop on the clean tidy efficient side but can be a bit pricey even for basics & staff can be a bit moody. Always freezing in store borderline too much even in summer. Unimpressed with fridge and freezer doors which r not of sliding variety which can make hard work of getting to produce especially if you are on a mobility scooter. My final observation is the standard of fruit & veg which for the premium you pay could be much better. It's the only store within my recent memory where I've got fruit home only for it to be completely rotten so beware - check as best u can before purchase.

Very good service with wide variety of options. Store open till 10pm on weekdays and overall very helpful service.Would be very helpful, if they store more Asian Indian products and Peri Peri Chicken Cornish Patties.
