Avoid like the plague. Heap of junk. Disgusting man is Steve. The car may look OK but before you give your hard earned money to this bandit DON'T!! It's a death trap. Having to trade it in already. Only bought mid July. Had to replace timing belt, brake fluid, the back window doesn't de-mist, only 1 heated line working, CD player not working, rattles everywhere, and to crown all, put heater on this morning as it's getting colder….. No heating!!! All fur coat and nae knickers comes to mind. It should have been scrapped. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After reading the reviews of Linda Houston and Jade Newman I must say I have the utmost sympathy for these ladies. Not because they have a valid point but because anyone who feels a car should be scrapped just because they need to replace a consumable service item like a timing belt or brake fluid, which are not faults, or the CD Player and heater stop working are simply not in touch with reality and obviously needs psychiatric help, lol.And it certainly did make me laugh when Steve who owns the garage and is a very straight guy told me about Linda Houston and her complaints because they are utterly ridiculous. Apparently even her local Ford garage gave the car a heath check and confirmed it had no faults.I was so satisfied with a Mini I bought recently from Steves garage that I returned and bought a Fiesta for my daughter. The Fiesta was cheaper than I could find elsewhere, in very good condition and my Daughter is very happy.

Avoid this garage, 1 star review is a true account, recently bought a car which never should have passed an mot, multiple issues and warranty given is a complete waste of paper. Since purchase I have had to replace the clutch, front shocker, air con unit, sump reseal due to oil leak and also going to need to replace the exhaust. Owner is all happy until issues are raised please avoid wouldn’t want anyone to experience the same. Responses to negative reviews don’t give the impression of a reputable dealer.In response to the below comment so this clearly means the dealer thinks it’s fair to sell a car that clearly isn’t fit for purpose. Yes I work in the trade but I would never knowingly sell a car in the state this one was sold, luckily because I work I the trade I know people who can inspect the car and advise me of the issues that should have been fixed before selling the car/ passing an mot. The car was collected by the dealer the day after collection so they can look into the issues and when the car was sold we where advised the car would come with an mot without advisories clearly has a garage willing to do so, again avoid worst buying experience of a car. Only sad person is the dealer as previous reviews show I’m not the only person to experience this service don’t think it’s a coincidence.

No hard sale so purchase was way less stressful than a big dealership with all their addons. 12 month warranty offered was genuine - half an hour after my phone call about the clutch he was there and the repaired car was returned to my house the next day. This is a genuine review, I'm not a friend or acquaintance of anyone who works there.

Great garage. Two months after buying a Ford Escort and reporting a problem they came out straight away and found I had put petrol in the tank instead of diesel. The car had begun to misfire and wouldn’t run properly. They took the car away and rectified the problem and didn’t even charge me for my silly mistake. I would recommend them to anyone. Ten out of ten for first class service and understanding.

Friendly helpful and honest service. Cars are a good price and come with a guarantee. Bought a cracking second hand car for my daughter at a reasonable price following her appalling treatment at another local garage who ruined her car which subsequently had to be scrapped!

Steve is a brilliant guy , fantastic cars excellent customer service been a pleasure to deal with this garage definitely recommend this garage to anyone looking for a quality used car
