Great staff, i ordered 2 battern lights for my garage but were out of stock arranged for next day delivery didn't arrive until two days later and both lights were damaged I won't have delivery again for anything fragile.

A smile, a friendly face and people actually trying their best to ensure I leave their shop with all my requirements to get the job done. Reminds me of Argos in the old days without the computers next to the catalogue - the staff are not as knowledgeable as say B&Q but find the part quickly. Ideally, order online to avoid disappointment over lack of stock, but great selection at the cheapest of prices in any DIY shop - except for smaller items like screws where you will get too many - more than you need. That's why I preferred Wilko, other than that more products relevant to daily life and being more conveniently located (within walking distance).

I visited this branch during lockdown to collect a click and collect order.The process was very fast and upon arrival I was greeted by a lovely member of staff who explained the new process.The service at the counter was fast and and the lady serving was very polite and professional.Well done for being so organized and for following the new guidelines during this period.

Although predominantly a trade store they always seem to have what I need to fulfil my craft supplies , the staff take an interest in what I do or what my next project is , even makes it more special when the manager has a massive interest in crafts and model making too , keep it up guys your doing an excellent job

Can't fault the staff in here. Always friendly and helpful which is not what comes to mind with B&Q or Screwfix which I was using until recently. Wouldn't go anywhere but here anymore. Competative prices and decent products I've found so far.

Can't speak to highly about the help I got at this store. The manager and his staff helped me when I had a faulty Hive thermostat, a lot more help than the Hive Customer Service line gave, which was a joke! Highly recommended.

Be aware that the return policy is not as generous as Screwfix or B&Q. Only 30 days so if you're buying extra for a job or project return asap as they won't budge or even allow an exchange

Staff are really knowledgeable, helpful and quick. Charlotte is a credit to the company and is always pleasant, makes shopping there an enjoyable experience.
