New Balance

Just recently had hip surgery, needed a decent pair of trainers , never brought New Balance trainers before , had a look online, but I really needed to go try some on due to walking differently now , staff were really helpful and quickly came over to ask if we needed some help , which I really was really helpful, Rachael suggested some pairs based on my requirements , I decided on a pair , but the seating areas to try them on was to low for me , so I said it's ok , if they don't fit il bring them back , she quickly said no no , I will get you a chair from the back , and she got her other colleague to go grab a few sizes as I never had the brand before, she helped me try some on , and make sure I had the right size , on leaving the shop after paying she even wrote the stores email address on the receipt so if I had any issues I could get in touch as there phone was broken at the moment. Well Rachael, you really did go above and beyond to help me , and you was so helpful and friendly, you really did deliver brilliant customer service, you made reasonable adjustments for me due to my disabilities, which I don't think I have ever had in any shop before . I would definitely recommend this shoe shop , and the quality of the shoes are really good and so comfortable, but I think if wasn't for Rachael helping , I might of picked the wrong size and style. Thank you Rachael for all your help I will definitely be back when I need some more shoes , you deserve lots of credit for your service and a raise ! If only we had more of you in other shops the whole shopping experience would be a whole lot better thanks to people like your self .

Needed advice on trainers for plantar faciatis, staff were knowledgeable, recommended different trainers and explained why they might help.

Fantastic shoes, good outlet shop with massive discounts. If you are runner you must go there. Brought trainers for my kid, he love them. New Balance is great brand and well known

Some of the best customer service I have ever had. The guy was ultra helpful. Due to cancer treatment, the soles of my feet are very thing so I can feel the bones of my feet in the ground. The guy talked me and my wife through various types of shoes and soles and recommended what he thought what would be best. He offered to go and get me a selection and bring them to me to save me from getting up repeatedly. Also brought me a shoe horn to help me get them on. I also have crumbling hip bones from the cancer treatment, so I can barely stand up and walk, so all of this was very helpful.He also helped us get the best deals for what we were buying on the day.We will definitely return and recommended NB Dalton park to people we know in the future.

Great service! Was here two years ago and got great advice from David and bought the best running trainers I’ve ever owned. Returned Jan 2022 and David was on hand to give great advice again. Friendly staff and swift service! Very happy with my purchase of fresh foam 860!
