Great service. central heating never worked properly for 5 years and Addison Lans fixed it and it now works perfectly. Various other jobs sorted for myself and neighbours. would definitely recommend them

Come when you need them. Poor customer service though. The same guy has come twice and really likes to moan about usually my animals so I made sure they were out of his way, now he moans about the house being untidy even though it's not. Won't be using them again unless we can have someone different.

I had a bad leak from my boiler and they were very quick to come and check it out .very pleasant to deal with and at a very reasonable cost

An absolutely outstanding service over 15 years. Outstanding all round service in particular call out service (when boiler has been on lockout)they arrived every single time within the hour, to yearly service, to amazing customer service. The list goes on. An amazing service all round. I have felt like a very valued customer. Absolutely faultless

Very responsive to customer needs and act quickly with a high degree of professionism. They seem to be able to tackle any plumbing job wether large or small with the same professionalism.

We had a problem with our gas boiler.I called Addison & Lans on the Wednesday afternoon and they called the next day at lunchtime. They quickly found that our 20 year old Potterton Suprima boiler had a faulty Gas Valve.They immediately called around and found a replacement Gas Valve.24 hours later they visited us and fitted the part.  Our boiler is now running better and quieter than it's done for years.The two guys did a fantastic job and didn't make any mess in our new kitchen. Well done Addison & Lans.
