Following my husbands death, Kevin Lowndes was contacted at my request by the care home.From the first call I received from Kevin I felt confident with his calm and friendly manor. On meeting him this proved to be the case. He was so easy and patient to talk to.He guided me through the various options and offered practical advice but with no pressure.Kevin Sue Jacki Jayne and Kerry took care of everything from the funeral to arranging the after service venue and catering. All I had to do was choose the menu option.From the order of service to the montage, everything was perfect.Subsequent contacts with the family were so relaxed and informal, yet professional, it felt like talking to friends.The care they took with my husband while he was in their care shows their passion and commitment to their profession.His hair had been washed and I have never seen his glasses so clean!The day of the funeral showed their attention to detail, everything was as I would have wanted.Since then so many people have commented on the occasion saying how impressed they were.I would and certainly will recommend Kevin and his family.Thank you all so much, you helped me at the most difficult time in life.

I was so glad to have chosen this family-run business to organise the placing of a headstone followed by the interment of ashes in a family grave. What can I say. At what has undoubtedly been the most stressful time of my life, my dad's funeral arrangements were handled with care and love and professionalism, that reduced so much of that stress. I can't fault Kevin and his family one bit with how they arranged my grandma's funeral from start to finish. None of us live locally so we had to do a lot of the arranging over email and telephone which was done very professionally and compassionately by Kevin. On the day of the funeral, Jacqui was exceptional in how she dealt with us and nothing was too much trouble. The ashes internment was also well organised and a lovely service. Highly recommended.
