Premier Inn London County Hall hotel
Very mixed feelings - got here from a warm recommendation of family. The hotel is fantastically located in a quiet street just below London Eye, walking distance to Waterloo and Westminster stations, great value for money in London standards. Rooms are decently sized, breakfast is great for its English style. so why just 3 stars? because of room cleaning. They clean only upon request. We requested every day. Out of 8 nights, in 7 nights the cleaning person left us with 0,1 or 2 towels for 5 people (divided in two rooms). This is ridiculous. We complained every day, but it happened again and again. I saw other people coming down in the evening to request towels as well. Mistakes can happen, but such repeated harsh mistake, that is not dealt with by the staff despite complaints throughout 8 days is truly annoying. And it's really a pity -- since in all other respects, the hotel is perfect.

Premier Inn London County Hall hotel
We stayed recently on a short theatre trip and I wanted to say how friendly and helpful all staff were at County Hall.Breakfast and dinner were well cooked, amazing value, especially the breakfast. Although we were late going down, there was an abundance of fresh cooked food.Rooms were clean, bed fabulously comfy and, most importantly, staff were welcoming!

Premier Inn London County Hall hotel
We stayed at the Premier Inn London County Hall for 6 nights in early October. The Premium rooms are comfortable and reasonably-sized, but it took looking at 4 different rooms before we found one with acceptable wi-fi. We had the buffet breakfast at the hotel every morning, and although it was good food, there was absolutely no variation in the menu. If you require service at reception, plan to wait quite awhile, especially around check-in and check-out times. The price is definitely reasonable, and the location can't be beat!

Premier Inn London County Hall hotel
Absolutely fantastic hotel to stay at, the staff were so courteous , warm welcoming and kind. It is in an excellent location right at the heart of London which is right next to the London eye. The room was immaculate and the bed was amazingly comfortable , it was clean and tidy and cosy. Thanks so much for making it a great place to stay for my 21st birthday! Food is also of great quality and at a reasonable price with no service charge.

Excellent location not far from Waterloo Station. The rooms are very clean and modern. Bathroom and walk-in shower. Good firm bed. Breakfasts are extra but the quality of them is great with full English buffets, muesli and all the other choices you’d expect.

Premier Inn London County Hall hotel
Second stay here would not use any other hotel, nothing too much trouble with staff, but please give them a still to sit on standing up all shift. Breakfast was delightful as usual. Best place to stay to be central for many attractions all in walking distance. 5***** plus will use again at Xmas xxx

Well located hotel with rooms in good condition. Breakfast was great. Room was cold even with heating on. Seemed to be no way down from room without using lift. There were stairs but all of them alarmed. We prefer the Greenwich Premier Inn over this one I think.

Premier Inn London County Hall hotel
Recently stayed here for a couple of nights. Everything was (EXCELLENT). The position couldn’t be any better for visiting all the attractions, tube station very close by so can transfer around London very quickly. I must point out one member of staff who went way above what was expected. Her name was ALEJANDRA. All staff were very polite and very helpful. Would certainly very HIGHLY RECOMMEND at his premier inn for reasons previously mentioned.
