Grosvenor Casino

This is a comfortable relaxed casino, They have a 24 hour menu which is great if you get the munchies later on. We like the bar it’s well stocked and open all night great place for a drink if you don’t want the hassle of trying to get served in some of the busier local bars. The staff are efficient and very friendly It’s a great place to visit for a quiet drink, restaurant meal, flutter or to watch live sports.

I actually been a member here for over 5 years and went back for the first time in the last 2 years yesterday. I'm just a casual casino visitor..I go maybe 5 times a year but I have to say this casino is excellent in every way.Lovely staff from reception to the bar to management and of course the coupiers. We had a great time yesterday and I introduced my friend as she's never been to a casino. Was fantastic.The actual casino is always clean and fantastic looking.They were doing covid safety measures yesterday with 4 people to a roulette at a time.Really missed this place.excellent place to go in gunwharf Portsmouth for a laugh.

Attentive staff, open late and very good value bar

Love coming to this casino , but in the last 3 weeks the toilets by the bar have been closed . When will these toilets get fixed !

Played poker.Now they've got a boat load more dealers, waiting times for a seat are way down to inder 30 minutes at peak times.Fun and friendly on the most part.Food is a non-starter here. Was ok a long while ago.Expect to pay for all drinks, including tea and lemonade.

Just took my daughter in to show her what it’s all about, lost £20 and quickly left wasn’t much atmosphere on a Wednesday but I imagine the weekend when it’s busy would be better. Too many digital machines for me, why go to a casino if you just want to play on a computer?

I came out £40 up! Only went with the absolute determination to spend £10 regardless and if I won or not I would walk away.. And i won.. So walked away..

Haven't been for so long, then took my wife to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary in Sept.Visited lunchtime, the reception was not exactly a friendly welcome, we felt we were an inconvenience when checking if our memberships were still active ( due to be so long since we visited).unfortunately we then found a casino full of tradesmen having there packed lunch at bar tables, who were on a break from laying new floors in all but one toilet.Not only did the place look a mess, it also stunk as a result of the work they were doing.We played a little roulette which was enjoyable.But didn't stay very long as the whole place felt unwelcoming and nothing like what we remembered a casino in the uk was like.Such a shame....very disappointing.

It's a casino so the normal features. I don't play poker but that room always seem busy. Would be 5 star but bar is often poorly staffed with long wait times.
