Swim the Lochs

Had a fabulous first wild swim and sauna with Sarah on Saturday. 30 yrs since last swimming in UK waters and Sarah made it great fun. Will be back for more soon. Thanks Sarah. X

Sarah offers a friendly and safe way to get in the water. It's hard to swim alone, in a new place and when its cold!I look for people like Sarah when I visit a new place, as getting in the water completes the experience for me.She has some awesome swim spots up her sleeve and knows the right one for the weather conditions. If you're thinking about it, do it!

The Wellness day was brilliant - I learnt so much in great company. Sarah always puts on such interesting events - I wish I lived closer so I could go to more of them!

Sarah was amazing. New to the group I was very nervous and Sarah gave clear and concise education on how to enter the water. She was very patient and kind. Once in the water she stayed close till she was sure that I was safe. I thoroughly enjoyed the process and am determined to follow my experience up when I get home. Thank you Sarah!

I've done a few of Sarah's swim events and they have all been brilliant. They are very well organised and safe. Sarah creates a lovely friendly, welcoming environment so whether you're a regular swimmer or a total newbie, you will feel welcome and looked after.

Sarah is great fun to be with - very up beat. She's knowledgeable about what she does, and quietly reminds people to 'keep the hats on ladies' and has the ability to instill confidence in those of us who were a bit nervous about just getting in. We had a great day.

I’ve joined a few of Sarah’s organised open water swims and can’t recommend them highly enough. Sarah’s created a friendly group environment where genuinely everyone is welcome. She’s supportive and knowledgeable and as well as being great fun, she also makes sure we’re all safe. I’m so glad I decided to give it a go, now I’m hooked!

I cannot highly recommend Swim the Lochs enough. Sarah initially began getting me in the water to gain confidence at my local beauty swim spot that I wasn't quite brave enough to swim alone. But with Sarah’s knowledge and expertise I’m now a confident regular at this swim spot. What’s also brilliant; is Sarah regularly hosts a variety of events which has built a swim community and has given us a breadth of experiences and location swim spots as-well as fun, knowledge and a great social occasion with of course the multiple benefits of outdoor swimming. Always keeping in mind everyone’s safety and well being. Finally Sarah has been an excellent collaborator with other businesses - often being the joining force and encouraging other businesses to meet. I’m so proud to serve her and her swim guests in my own business and am so grateful to all she has done for us all swimmers and business owners.
