had the virgin two hour ride first which was fantastic now i go regularly at this wonderful stable to ride at windsor ,wonderful staff great horses i recommend this great place

I bought a voucher for a two hour ride in Windsor Great Park for my boyfriend. We had an excellent ride with lots of canters over the grass and the sandy tracks. Our guide was very friendly and informative. Our two horses, Willow and Marley, were very keen and very well behaved. We rode past lots of herds of deer.

What a wonderful day out with my niece on a Virgin 2 hour ride in Windsor Great Park. Staff were lovely and Sophie our guide was excellent and so friendly. She helped me to build my confidence and challenged me to lots of wonderful canters having not ridden for 7 years! It was vey much tailored to what we wanted to do and took in spectacular views and monuments in the grounds. Highly recommend!

Incredible ride around Windsor Great Park! The guides are absolutely amazing and so supportive. Easy process getting sorted at the yard, and easy to find the start point. Lots of walk, trot and canter throughout the ride. Such a lovely experience, highly recommend!

I had a lovely time on my ride through Windsor Great Park with really passionate, patient, funny and reassuring volunteers, especially Bonnie who was looking after me as it was only my second time on a horse. She was encouraging and got me trotting. It was marvelous!

I just had an amazing 2 hour horse ride around Windsor Great Park with my girlfriend. The instructors were fabulous and the horses we were paired with were perfect, happy and very friendly. We had incredible views of wildlife and the castle and thoroughly enjoyed chatting to the other people on the ride. I would highly recommend this to anyone as it was superb. We will certainly be back!

Couldn’t recommend enough, my boyfriend brought a two hour horse ride experience for us both as a birthday present and it did not disappoint! Neither of us had ever ridden a horse before but had the best time! Everyone was so nice and helpful and our guide was so friendly, patient and knowledgeable! The ride itself was incredible! Such wonderful views and our horses were beautiful and behaved perfectly! It was without a doubt the best gift ever! Thank you so much :)

What a great way to start 2023. Met at the Wayside stables to ensure helmets were up to the new safety standards for Jan 2023. Then a short drive to the Rangers gate. Emily ensured we were safe & mounted ready for a thoroughly enjoyable hack around Great Windsor Park. Lovely horses, Bertie, Robin & Chloe were super chilled for us beginners.

Had a wonderful ride today with my dear friend. We both had excellent horses Blue and Sky. They were lovely to ride, forward and responsive. Our guide Heidi was so nice and friendly. She made sure we were safe & confident. Had several lovely canters along the special horse tracks and on the wide grass rides.Spectacular place to ride. So well organised. Can't wait to do it again.Thank you everyone at Wayside Stables for a fantastic experience

I do one 2-hour ride in Windsor park every month and always have the best time! Every effort is made to ensure you have a great ride, the horses are amazing and are much loved. All the guides are lovely (especially Mark, Sarah & Heidi) with plenty of hard work behind the scenes too. I look forward to it every month. Thank you Wayside
